We’ll make sure they are posting on a 4x/week frequency so we don’t miss a beat. 3. We'll monitor, respond, and engage.

In this ongoing activity, we make sure your customer service is looking flawless online. We respond to any inbound messages accordingly and escalate things to you if needed.
